Systematic approach

Many products and projects I work on are already in motion. This means it can be important to understand the system of visual design and interaction patterns that are already in place. At times an entirely new system is required and other times new or modified features can simply be added as an extension.

In some enterprise softwares I have worked on with teams recently I have seen significant success in audit the existing tools, creating a vision for what a new improved version might look like, and slowly introducing changes on a modular basis so that users experience minimal workflow interruption as a series of changes are made.
